I am honored to accept the invitation to join Phi Beta Kappa. It feels like the perfect way to wrap up my final year at this school. My past four years at UWM have been phenomenal. I've had the opportunity to meet so many amazing professors in the Sociology and Political Science departments throughout my studies here. One of my favorite experiences here was my internship with the Milwaukee Justice Center, a non-profit legal organization in Milwaukee County. I'm thankful that UWM hosts so many great internship opportunities that allow students to gain real-world experience. This campus is home to so many passionate students and staff members that have made my college experience truly unique and joyful.
