About Natalia

Natalia is a Retention Advisor/Coach for the Student Support Services Program. She grew up in Milwaukee and is proud of being bilingual and bicultural. As a first-generation college graduate, she understands the challenges students face in higher education. She uses her experiences to guide and motivate students. She has over 18 years of experience working with TRIO programs and is passionate about the work she does every day and proud to be a part of the student’s educational journey.
