CEASE OF CENTREX TELEPHONY REQUESTS
Centrex telephony service is being retired and upgraded to Teams Calling (see below). Effective immediately, the following telephony request types will not be processed (all AT&T related):
- New installations
- Building to building moves
Requests for changes to Centrex lines not used exclusively by an employee may resume mid-August (date to be determined). All questions/concerns can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org

WAIVER OF DISCONNECTION FEE
As of September 1, 2019 the labor/materials fee ($74.50/hr) will no longer be applied to telephone disconnection request. Departments are encouraged to disconnect any phone numbers that are not in use or no longer needed.
LONG DISTANCE DISCLAIMER
All telephone lines, unless otherwise requested, are capable of making campus, local, 1-800 and long distance (including overseas) calls. If you want to restrict a telephone line’s long distance capabilities, please call 414-229-5800.
