Students holding these positions must respect the confidentiality and sensitive nature regarding IMC content, marketing ideas, brainstorming sessions and other IMC plans or information. As such, they must address anything that precludes them from meeting these expectations, such as potential conflicts of interest resulting from other jobs or roles at UWM. It is also the responsibility of these positions and individuals, as University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee employees, to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer or employee records and information; protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such records; and protect against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer, employee or the university.
