UWM works with agencies available under UW-Madison’s contract. However, not all agencies on the contract are willing or able to work with UWM.

In 2024, members of the University Marketing Committee formed a working group to meet with a subset of agencies and gather information about their rates and what services they were willing to provide to UWM units. Below is a summary of what the working group learned.

If units want to work with other agencies on the Madison contract, they should contact those agencies to learn more about their rates and services.

VisionPoint MarketingKaty Campbell, business@visionpointmarketing.com$200 VisionPoint does not have a minimum media budget spend, but their most commonly contracted small package includes an initial start-up investment and a monthly campaign management cost. For the $7,000 start-up, VisionPoint would review a discovery document to understand the audiences and goals and craft a media calendar with run times, channel tactics and targeting details. From there, VisionPoint would actively manage the campaign each month with weekly optimizations and a 24/7 dashboard. If the budget is below $200,000, there’s a $7,000 startup fee +$3,750/month media buy. If the budget is above $200,000, there is a 20% commission taken. Based in NC. Contact Joslyn Schiedt for feedback.
