This detailed data dashboard helps M-Cubed teams identify both what is working — and where improvement is needed so we develop the steps to increase success. It’s open to the public so everyone can better understand the challenges and monitor our shared progress.

  • More MPS graduates who go on to MATC and UWM are continuing their second year of higher education. (See Retention Rates: Fall to Fall.)
  • MPS graduates at both MATC and UWM are taking less time to earn their higher education certificates, technical diplomas or degrees. (See Graduates’ Credits/Time: Average Year to Degree.)
  • All partners are implementing strategies to combat the national trend of fewer high school graduates immediately enrolling in higher education. M-Cubed was recognized nationally in 2022 for helping more MPS seniors complete federal financial aid forms (FAFSA) after MPS’ growth rate doubled the national average.

To use the dashboard

MPS, MATC and UWM each have a tab with data for their institution. There is also a tab for “Data Definitions” that identify the source of the data or provide additional clarification of what data is included.

We encourage you to read the Supplemental Information document for more information about the dashboard. MPS, MATC and UWM have each provided notes for additional context. The supplemental document includes limitations of a particular data source and highlights what is newly in place to improve outcomes.
