Pathways to Impact: Ideas Worth Pursuing

The Milwaukee I-Corps™ Program, part of the NSF I-Corps Hub for the Great Lakes Region, is co-hosting an online workshop for Ph.D. students on March 30th, 2022. This online, synchronous workshop, facilitated by Dr. Mary Raber (Michigan Tech University) and Dr. Ilya Avdeev (UW-Milwaukee), is designed to help researchers adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, and to think about impact beyond the laboratory. At this workshop, participants will:
- Demystify idea generation
- Boost their creative confidence
- Assess the competitive landscape for their idea
- Start building an idea network
- Leave with an action plan for idea exploration
