Graphic with text: The UWM Libraries Survey

An online library satisfaction survey concluded in May 2024. Student input will help improve services, collections, and space in the library. We reached our goal of 380 responses, which gives us a 95% confidence level in the findings. Most respondents describe themselves as moderate to heavy library users (68%). We will share a more detailed report of the findings in Fall 2024.

What is the Library Satisfaction Survey?

UWM Libraries is conducting a satisfaction survey to better understand how satisfied undergraduate students are with library services, collections, and spaces. Results from the survey will help shape future library services and contribute to improving student experiences.
