New Archives Open House

The UWM Libraries are celebrating our greatly expanded and renovated Archives with an open house on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
The event will include remarks by UWM Vice Chancellor of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chia Vang and Libraries Director Michael Doylen, tours, and refreshments. The Archives staff will be present to answer questions about their new home.
The impact of this $2.8 million state-of-the-art facility — with its dedicated classroom, comfortable reading room, exhibition spaces, and large, climate-controlled storage area — will be felt for decades by student, faculty, and visiting researchers.
