Four portrait images of individuals interviewed for the Society of American Archivists oral history collection

The collection was created by the Society of American Archivists (SAA) Oral History Section to mark SAA’s 75th anniversary, and consists of 19 interviews of SAA leaders. These oral histories document the development and future directions of SAA, the archives profession, and the archivist as a professional. Interviews in this collection are indexed and presented with synchronized transcripts using the Oral History Metadata Synchronizer (OHMS), a web application developed by the Louie B. Nunn Center for Oral History at the University of Kentucky Libraries. UW-Milwaukee Libraries Archives Department is home to the SAA Records.
