Margarita Garcia-Rojas, LACUSL major, participated in undergraduate research with historian, Dr. Rachel Buff. Margarita is currently featured in the UWM Report for her outstanding work helping document deportations, as part of the Documenting Deportation Database, and recording oral histories to understand living under outdated immigration policy. Margarita has previously presented her research at the UWM Undergraduate Research Symposium in April.
