The UWM Help Desk Call Center will be unavailable Sunday, May 24 through Saturday, May 30. This means that phone support will not be available during that time. You can still submit requests to the UWM Help Desk through the following methods:
- Submit your question/issue using the online support form
- Email helpdesk@it.uwm.edu
Help Desk staff will be monitoring, routing and responding to incoming requests during business hours from May 26-30.
All Help Desk services will be closed on Monday, May 25.
Walk-In Help Desk support will not be offered in the Golda Meir Library between May 23-31. Walk-In support will resume on Monday, June 1.
