Starting January 2026, the new Outlook for Windows experience will be enabled for all users across the university. This update brings a modern interface, improved performance, and enhanced features designed to make your email and calendar experience more consistent across devices and platforms.
What’s Changing?
The new Outlook will become the default experience when you open Outlook. You’ll notice a refreshed design, faster load times, and better integration with Microsoft 365 apps. To help you transition smoothly, please review Microsoft’s article on the new Outlook.
