Adobe Creative Cloud storage access on your device is no longer available at UWM as of February 3, 2025. This feature included a specific folder stored in your local device called “Creative Cloud Files”. This folder would sync these locally stored Adobe files to your Creative Cloud app.
You can still access these files through your Adobe Creative Cloud app on your desktop or online. To access these files:
- Log in to Adobe Creative Cloud with your UWM Credentials
- From the menu, choose Files
- This will display a list of folders for: your files, shared files, libraries, deleted files, etc.
You can also access these files locally on your device:
- Windows: C:\Users\<User name>\Creative Cloud Files
- macOS: Mac HD/Users/<User name>/Creative Cloud Files
