The Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations (MHRLR) program was created with the working professional in mind. Many students enrolled in MHRLR have previous or current work experience either in the human resources and/or labor relations field or are interested in switching careers. Our emphasis on personalized attention from the initial contact with the program through graduation ensures the program meets student’s needs.

The diverse make-up of our students body enables our faculty to create active learning environments in our classrooms. We encourage all students to contribute from their experience and find that it makes for a far richer professional experience.

Many MHRLR students find the program helps build lasting relationships and create valuable networks among fellow students and alumni. These relationships continue through throughout our alumni’s careers.
