About the Speaker:

Melanie Stuber, a former executive turned founder and CEO of Cultivate and Thrive LLC, empowers leaders to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence while driving meaningful impact in their organizations. As a business strategy and culture guide, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator, she helps leaders navigate the complexities of leadership and culture with purpose and influence.

Melanie is serving her second term as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board Director for Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resource Management. She is an Engagement Committee member for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha. As a member of Tempo Milwaukee, Melanie serves on the Professional Development Committee and is the Chair of the Builder Community, which focuses on women entrepreneurs and business owners. She also serves on the Talent Solutions Council for the Waukesha Business Alliance.
