20th Annual Labor Management Cooperation Prize

The 20th Annual Melvin Lurie Labor-Management Cooperation Prize was jointly given to the Milwaukee Bucks and the Alliance for Good Jobs. These partners signed a community benefits agreement with remarkable scope involving not just construction jobs, but on-going jobs in and around the arena. It includes livable wages, the opportunity to unionize in a neutral environment and guarantees jobs to those in some of Milwaukee’s poorest neighborhoods.
