19th Annual Labor Management Cooperation Prize

The 19th Labor Management Cooperation Prize went jointly to City of Madison Human Resources, AFSCME Council 32 and the Madison General Municipal Employee Associations.  Following the advent of Act 10, these partners have found new and unique ways to meet and confer on all matters of mutual concern.   All partners agreed that communicating positions, concerns and points of view has become an important step in creating the engaged workers that the City of Madison needs to deliver the services its citizen’s demand.  Great to see workplace innovation yielding success and great to see so many MHRLR graduates involved in this process!
