Anti-Asian Violence During the COVID-19 Pandemic

In recent weeks, Anti-Asian hate incidents have surged in the United States. Fueled by racist and xenophobic rhetoric and policies, more than 2,800 incidents of anti-Asian discrimination have been documented since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This panel will address the impact of acts of physical violence and racism on people of Asian descent and provide suggestions on how to support the Asian/Asian American community.
