While this is a broad topic, a research program representing a research program representing three interwoven strands including:
- relationships between physical activity, sedentary behavior and cardiovascular and metabolic health
- novel translational physical activity interventions to improve health, and
- the accurate assessment of physical activity behavior.
Our laboratory team conducts research in adults of all ages. For further information please contact one of the lab directors, Dr. Scott Strath or Dr. Ann Swartz.
