Tickets

Graduates do not need tickets, but all guests over the age of 3 will require a ticket to enter the arena; children 3 and younger do not require a ticket and will be considered a lap child. 

Please transfer the tickets you claim to a member of your family, because you will be entering the arena through different doors.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Guests should enter through the main entrance doors at 400 W. Kilbourn Ave. and should be sure to have their graduation tickets downloaded on their phones in advance. 

Please review the list of prohibited items before entering the arena.

Information about Graduation Tickets

  • This round of ticketing is first-come-first-serve; once all tickets are claimed there will be now more. This round is open now through commencement or until all tickets are claimed.
    • Please make sure you know what ceremony you are graduating, as morning tickets will not work for the afternoon and afternoon tickets will not work for the morning.
  • The ticket links below you can claim up to four (4) tickets for your family.
    • PLEASE ADD YOUR GUESTS NAME AND EMAIL TO THE TICKETS.
  • Black 9 a.m. ceremony link
    • At the top right of the screen, click on GET TICKETS
    • The screen that pops up will require an ACCESS KEY – for the second round the access code is your MAY26BLACK
    • The offer has been unlocked, add up to four (4) tickets and click continue 
    • Enter your contact details at the top and check create an account for faster checkout (This will allow you to manage your tickets later if necessary.)
    • Under Ticket Information, PLEASE ADD YOUR GUESTS NAME AND EMAIL of the guests attending the ceremony – click SAVE TICKET. This will allow you to send the tickets directly to those who are coming and avoid trying to transfer later.
    • Scroll to the bottom and click Register
    • Be patient as the system processes your order
    • The person you listed under each ticket will receive an email with the tickets
      • Your guests should save their ticket to their phone’s digital wallet
  • Gold 2 p.m. ceremony link
    • At the top right of the screen, click on GET TICKETS
    • The screen that pops up will require an ACCESS KEY – for the second round the access code is your MAY26GOLD
    • The offer has been unlocked, add up to four (4) tickets and click continue 
    • Enter your contact details at the top and check create an account for faster checkout (This will allow you to manage your tickets later if necessary.)
