Payroll

Graduate assistants should be on campus before or on their original contract start date.

Graduate Assistants are paid biweekly through Universities of Wisconsin-Shared Services (UW-Shared Services) within Universities of Wisconsin System Administration (UW System).

New assistants should be aware that the first payment of the fall semester will generally occur in mid-September. *Note that this first payment is for only a partial work period.
