This hybrid documentary-fiction recounts the causes and consequences of the departure of Olfa Hamrouni’s two eldest daughters to join Daesh in Libya. Together with professional actresses playing them and pivotal moments in the mother’s life, Olfa and her four daughters recreate the ties that bind them as they confide the familial traumas that have shaped them.
