Digital equity isn’t just about complying with federal law. It’s also about providing a pathway for those with disabilities to equitably participate in the digital experiences offered at UWM. As an access university, this is part of what defines who we are.
Learn how you play a part in meeting a federal digital accessibility deadline by April 2026. At first glance, it may seem like a daunting task. However, there are things we can each do to bring us closer to achieving this goal.
To help us all understand the steps we can each take and how to prioritize our actions to create the most impact, join us for the Digital Accessibility Town Hall on Oct. 23, at 2 p.m. to learn more about what is happening at UWM and the role you can play.
