The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Department of English offers an MA degree with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Professional Writing and a PhD in Public Rhetorics and Community Engagement (Plan B). Our department is consistently ranked in the top third and our program is distinguished by its:
