Renowned comics artist Trina Robbins was one of the first women in the 1960s Underground Comix movement, the first woman to draw Wonder Woman (1980s), draw the first comic about an out Lesbian, produce the first all-women comic book, and was a founder of Wimmen’s Comix. Robbins is also a historian of female comics artists, about which she has published over a dozen books. Her 2017 memoir, Last Girl Standing, chronicles her extraordinary experiences, including her time in the thick of the San Francisco and New York art and music scenes.
