Dashboards & Reporting

UWM has produced a significant number of dashboards, and it is important to ensure that each one is digitally accessible. The following guidance will help you determine how to prioritize and manage this work.

Prioritizing Dashboard Accessibility Updates

  1. Public-facing dashboards – Begin with any dashboards that are available to the public. These represent the highest level of visibility and therefore the greatest need for accessibility compliance.
  2. Dashboards shared broadly – Next, focus on dashboards that are shared with individuals or groups who may redistribute them widely or make them public-facing in the future.
  3. Internal, limited-access dashboards – Dashboards shared only among a small number of internal staff can be addressed after the higher priority categories above.
