Canvas announced that users are receiving 502/503 errors when accessing content in Docviewer from approximately 7:43-11:25 am on April 28, 2022.

Canvas users were receiving errors and long load times in speedgrader.

WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT?

Our teams were able to identify the cause. Load times have returned to normal. Page errors have been resolved.
