RESOLVED: Issues with Amazon Web Services (10:00 pm, December 7, 2021)

Amazon Web Services has resolved most issues. Canvas and other tools should now be functioning. If you are still having issues: 1) hard reload the web page, 2) try a different browser, 3) restart your computer/device, 4) check the status page for the appropriate service -- Instructure (Canvas) status, My Media (a.k.a. Kaltura) status, Zoom status. If you need to contact support, contact your instructor so they are aware you are still having issues.. Get help: Canvas support, Zoom support, UWM IT support from the Help Desk.
