Erik is Founder and President of Oak Hill Business Partners, a boutique management consulting firm based in Brookfield, WI. He is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a founding member of the business school chapter of the UWM Alumni Association, a CPA, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Erik draws on over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 as well as closely-held firms to help business owners grow the value of their company while planning and executing an exit from their business.
Erik and his wife live in Brookfield and are proud parents of two sons: one in a Ph.D. program at the University of Kansas, and the other in the business school and working for the football team at the University of Minnesota.
