Biography

Justin Miller holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies from UW-Milwaukee. Mr. Miller brings over 9 years experience with regard to cultural resources, historic preservation, and transportation projects. Mr. Miller has completed over 500 architecture/historical investigations in Illinois, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Completed projects include surveys, Determinations of Eligibility, and historical investigations.
