Overview

Conflict Transformation Workshops provide space for UWM faculty and staff to reflect, explore and dialogue about ways you experience and respond to conflict. Participants will grow in self-awareness of your own conflict tendencies and will build skills and confidence to positively address conflict.

During Fall 2025, the Division of Community Empowerment & Institutional Inclusivity (CEII) will offer the following three-session conflict transformation circle series:

• Conflict Styles: Tues., Sept. 23 (11am–12pm, ENG B73) or Wed., Sept. 24 (12–1pm, via Zoom)
• Responsive Strategies: Tues., Oct. 7 (11am–12pm, ENG B73) or Wed., Oct. 8 (12–1pm, via Zoom)
• Preparing for Conflict: Tues., Oct. 21 (11am–12pm, ENG B73) or Wed., Oct. 22 (12–1pm, via Zoom)
