Real-world Application is one of the High Impact Eight Quality Elements to leverage student learning and success and highly effective in increasing engagement, motivation, and life skills. This session provides an overview and UWM examples of embedding real-world application as well as additional HIPs Elements that easily accompany real-world application assignments. Participants will receive tools to efficiently jump start embedding HIPs real-world application into their courses. Please have access to your course, an assignment, or activity.
