Lynn Matzke has been employed with UWM since 2014, previously serving as the Registration System Administrator for the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System (WCWPDS) Milwaukee office before transitioning to CASL in 2023. As a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, Lynn oversees and coordinates support for Canvas and other educational IT services. She is dedicated to improving the user experience by focusing on aspects such as usability, accessibility, and cultural inclusion.

Throughout her career, Lynn has been deeply involved in the field of education and learning. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2007 and spent two years in AmeriCorps supporting at-risk youth and engaging in community service. After taking time off to raise her family, Lynn returned to the workforce at WCWPDS to assist in training foster and adoptive parents, as well as professionals working with families under the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
