Amy Gorski is opening Poppy Bakery on Milwaukee’s East Side on June 14. The new spot will start by serving breakfast bites and Valentine coffee in the morning, with sweet treats available in the afternoon. Specials like pies are coming soon, and eventually, the bakery plans to offer croissants and a full coffee program.
