Abbey Hernandez

With 20+ years in financial services, I’ve built a career at the intersection of operational resilience and leadership. I currently serve as Business Resiliency Director at JPMorgan Chase, leading global continuity programs across North America and APAC, working alongside teams that keep one of the world’s largest financial institutions prepared for whatever comes next.

My UWM degrees were a pivotal part of that journey. Beyond my work at Chase, I hold Cornell University certificates in Executive Women in Leadership and AI Strategy, and I recently had an article accepted for publication in DRJ Magazine –  one of the leading journals in the business continuity field.

I’m also building a platform at abbeyhernandez.com focused on business resiliency and women in leadership, with the goal of making senior-level expertise more accessible to organizations and professionals who need it most.
