Rochelle Rogan

For the 2025-26 school year, I became the District Librarian overseeing the 10 school libraries serving PreK-12th graders for Richmond (IN) Community Schools. Based out of our 7th-8th grade Dennis Middle School for 11 years, my colleagues selected me as the Dennis Teacher of the Year for this year. In addition to supporting literacy efforts across the building and district, I serve as the Honor Society co-advisor, the yearbook sponsor, the high ability coordinator, the technology liaison, and a union representative, along with handling social media posts and the year-end 8th grade celebration and awards presentation.
