Alisha Gray

Alisha Gray received the 2025 Graduate of the Last Decade Award from the UWM Alumni Association. The award was presented during the Alumni Awards Evening on February 21, 2025, at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.

Alisha joined Tennessee-based Orgill in 2007 and has been with the company ever since. She started her career in the credit department and, in 2022, was named purchasing manager. In this leadership role, she is responsible for forecasting, fulfillment, inventory and vendor relationships for the world’s largest independently owned hardware distributor. Alisha was honored as one of the nation’s Top Women in Hardware and Building Supply when she received the 2023 Rising Star Award from HBS Dealer. She holds an MBA from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and is working on a doctorate in business administration. Alisha’s extensive community service includes volunteering with the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Assembly of God Street Ministry, Journey Church Street Ministry, Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, Key Volunteers with the 164th Airlift Wing of the Air National Guard Unit of Memphis, Junior League of Memphis, and Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South.
