2030 Action Plan – July 2022 Update

The Becoming Student Centric and Moonshot for Equity team continues to make progress on strategies and actions as part of the Student Success Framework such as further development of the Support U model and a strategic plan for the Connected Learning Team. The Revising Curriculum team expects a final proposal towards the end of summer and will solicit feedback in the Fall. The Redesigning the Research Infrastructure team is reviewing recommendations from the NCURA review of the research infrastructure conducted earlier this year. Proposals for Graduate Student support have been developed with the a draft proposal of revisions to the faculty workload model is expected to be completed in the summer. The Aligning and Engaging Workforce team is preparing a presentation on a professional development plan and are considering ideas that could be carried forward as recommendations. The Reassessing Unit Alignment Team continues to work on implementation and transitioning. The DEI Team is wrapping up a report on the DEI Institutes and anticipates sharing out tools and information soon.
