Symposium:  Early registration fee by July 15, 2015     $240
After July 15, $320

The Symposium registration fee includes breakfast and lunch both days, cocktail dinner Friday evening, and symposium materials.

Hands-on Workshop:  Early registration fee by July 15, 2015    $200
After July 15, $280

The Workshop fee includes transportation to the UWM campus, workshop materials, and a cd of the data analysis program.

Cancellation policy:  Registrations cancelled prior to August 14 occur a $50 processing fee. The remainder of your registration fees paid will be refunded.

After August 14, 2015:  No refunds
