Users Services Head Selected for Traveling ACRL Workshop

Kate Ganski, Interim Assistant Director of User Services at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Libraries, has been selected as a presenter, along with three other experts, for the Association of College and Research Libraries day-long licensed workshop “Engaging with the ACRL Framework: A Catalyst for Exploring and Expanding Our Teaching Practices.”

The workshop provides an opportunity for attendees to apply their learning and reflection to creating instruction plans for their local contexts and consider possibilities for growing teaching partnerships with disciplinary faculty.

Ganski is the second UWM Libraries staff member to participate in an ACRL “roadshow” offering. Kristin Briney, Data Services Librarian, is a presenter on the “Building Your Research Data Management Toolkit: Integrating RDM into Your Liaison Work” team.
