Winter Wake-Up Yoga

Start your winter semester by connecting with your campus community.
Led by FitWell’s Yoga Instructor, Colleen Kehoe, together, we’ll flow through a series of accessible poses to wake up our bodies and minds. This 45-minute session will guide you through a series of sun salutations, strengthening poses and energizing breathwork.
Bring your UWM ID, a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete your liability and photo/media release waivers on your mobile device. There will be a limited number of yoga mats available.
