Andrea Serafin joined the Milwaukee Athletic Department in December 2017 as the Business and Administration Assistant. In December 2019, she was promoted to Manager of Business Operations and Student Employment.

In her role, Serafin manages day-to-day business operations for the athletic department and supervises student staff within the business office. She also oversees athletics student employment, conducts new student employee orientation, and provides administrative support to the Athletic Director and Head Men’s Basketball Coach.

“Andrea is an invaluable member of the athletic business office operation,” Milwaukee Deputy Athletic Director Cathy Rossi said. “She is proficient in all her work and is a tremendous asset to this department.”

Prior to joining the Panthers, Serafin spent time working at Minot State University in Minot, N.D. as well as the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Serafin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
