Abby oversees the student conduct operations within the Dean of Students Office, including Academic Misconduct and Non-Academic Misconduct, and is a member of the Behavioral Intervention Team. Abby is a Title IX Deputy Coordinator for students, serves on the Title IX working group, and works with investigations of alleged Title IX violations involving students. Abby assists with the management of compliance-related efforts, including but not limited to the Annual Security Report (Clery Report) and Campus Security Authorities. Finally, Abby oversees the Off Campus Resource Center and manages the student voting initiative, Panthers Vote.

Abby has worked in the Dean of Students Office since 2018. Before coming to UWM, Abby worked at Carroll University as the Director of Student Conduct and Victim Services.  While at Carroll University, Abby served as the Project Manager for federal and local grants including the Violence Against Women Act- Department of Justice and Aurora Safe Campus Grant. She has worked in Residence Life at Grand Valley State University and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Abby has a master’s degree in education from Grand Valley State University.
