Preventing Suicide – Film and Discussion

Attend a viewing of My Ascension, a Documentary Film to Spread Hope and Fight Suicide. This impactful and ultimately hopeful film centers around the experiences of Emma Benoit and presents firsthand experiences of families, friends, school officials, and suicide prevention experts. Together, we can spread hope and fight suicide.

This event is sponsored by the Charles E. Kubly Foundation, the Student Social Work Association, and the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare. Light snacks will be served. The film is 90 minutes. Talkback to follow film.
