Chad Zahrt, MLIS

Chad Zahrt is the assistant dean for Student Services and Operations in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare. In his capacity as assistant dean, he serves on the school’s leadership team and is responsible for student advising, retention and recruitment, marketing, outreach, alumni relations, IT services and the administrative operations and strategic planning across all academic programs for HBSSW.

Before joining UWM in 2004, he was project implementation lead for Endeavor Information Systems’ Voyager Integrated Library Systems, providing OPAC design and rollout, best practice workflow, and change management for academic libraries in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
