The Partners in Giving Campaign is an opportunity for UWM faculty and staff to make a difference in southeast Wisconsin and beyond. UWM faculty, staff and alumni combine to donate thousands of dollars annually in cash and in-kind contributions! This year, our campaign again hopes to engage even more people from the campus community and support organizations in need.
Partners in Giving makes it easy to donate to hundreds of organizations that have an impact in our community. This includes both umbrella organizations and individual charities, with the campaign structure provided by the United Way ensuring your donations go to reputable, effective charities with a strong track record.
It’s Easy To Give
You can choose to give via a payroll deduction or simply make a one-time gift. Your school, college or department may also have special events designed to raise money for the campaign. Plus, you can pick where the money you donate goes!
On the online giving site, you will be able to look up individual charities, umbrella groups, read a short description of each organization, and click to be redirected to their individual website to read more about the work they do and how they impact our community.
Instructions for Making a Pledge
The 2025 Partners in Giving campaign encourages you to make a gift online through our e-pledge system. If you cannot give via e-pledge, paper pledge forms will still be accepted through the mail. Here are your options for giving:
Give Through E-pledge
Select your donor type button at the top of the How to Give portion of the campaign website. Payroll deduction, credit/debit card, and PayPal are all options for giving.

Request a Paper Pledge Form and Booklet be Mailed to You
Complete the request form to sign up for materials to be mailed or delivered to your home or office. When you receive your materials, complete your pledge form with the options of payroll deduction or check and mail it back using the provided return envelope.
