Think Spring! Learn new skills and reduce stress with UWM Sport & Recreation courses in self-defense, scuba, bowling, badminton, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, outdoor soccer, canoe camping, meditation, yoga and more.
Midterm Courses: March 25 – May 9. All students can enroll in the 1- and 2-credit courses.

Classes are offered in person, online and in a hybrid format. Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
