FitWell Fall Course Open Enrollment starts May 4

Have a fantastic fall with FitWell Courses! Learn new skills and reduce stress with more than 55 courses offered by UWM FitWell (formerly Sport & Recreation) courses. Featuring courses in fitness, wellness and sport, there is something for everyone.
Get active, creative, strategic, mindful, competive and outdoors with courses like Muay Thai kickboxing, cooking, bowling, yoga, baskeball, scuba, rock climbing and more.
Half- and full-semester classes can fit into a busy schedule. Take stress-reducing undergraduate general elective courses in-person, online or hybrid. Sessions are 16 weeks or 8 weeks.
FULL Semester: September 3 – December 12 / Late add deadline Sept. 9
EARLY: September 3 – October 26 / Late add deadline Sept. 3
MIDTERM: October 28 – December 12 / Late add deadline Nov. 3

Register early to save your spot – at least 3-4 weeks before classes start.
Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
