Sara has 17 years coordinating and managing fitness staff programs and facilities in both commercial fitness and university recreation settings. She has 20 years’ experience teaching fitness classes including Group Cycle, TRX, HIIT, Total Body Condition, and Kickboxing. Her priority is in creating an environment that is positive and welcoming and a workout that is accessible and doable for any body. She has developed and executed extensive training programs for students to become Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Health Coaches. She focusses on teaching aspiring fitness professionals key skills through experiential learning to effectively and inclusively coach clients towards healthy behavior changes.
